the 1929 Minerva owned by Oom the Magnificent

Its rear compartment measures eight feet long by five feet wide. A table and full set of Wedgwood china are provided.

Minerva was a legendary Belgian marque, before he linked up with Henry Royce in 1904, Charles S. Rolls was Minerva’s London agent.

Oom the Magnificent probably read the Oz books, and decided he could pull off the Magnificent, Great and Powerful Oz role, but he had previously went by the name his mom gave him, Pierre Bernard, 1875–1955, American yogi, scholar, occultist, philosopher, mystic and con artist

Oom’s popularity, especially with upper middle class women, continued through the 1920s and 1930s.  Eventually, Oom turned to other endeavors, including baseball stadiums, dog tracks, an airport and becoming the president of the State Bank of Pearl River, New York.
