There is a B29 looking for a bit, a tiny bit, of financial help to reach it's Kickstarter goal, to get the exterior restored and weather resistant

The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, a non-profit Museum located in Albuquerque, NM, is restoring its B-29 Superfortress s/n 45-21748 and would like your help in paying for the surface preparation and painting of the exterior of the aircraft.

They expect that $2700 dollars more will complete their Kickstarter goal... https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/nuclear-museum/restoration-of-the-b-29-superfortress-at-nuclear-m

The total B-29 restoration cost is expected to be $140,000. Approximately 1/3 of this cost will be paid for by this Kickstarter project. The money will be used for the cosmetic restoration of the fuselage and wings. That is, to purchase the paint ($460 per gallon) and primer ($300 per gallon), prepare the surface and then paint the fuselage and wings (please see FAQs below for details). Any additional money raised will first go to the $25,000 needed to purchase and install new windows in the aircraft. If additional funds are available, they will go towards the production of a video that documents the past history and current restoration of the B-29.

The target completion date for the B-29 restoration is August 9, 2015, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII and to coincide with the anniversary of its delivery from Boeing to the Air Force on August 9, 1945.
