Dover Delaware's finest... breaking a guys jaw, with no provocation. This didn't even get an indictment from a grand jury. The Attorney General wasn't putting up with that. Now officer Webster is going to get his day in court.

it has been 2 years since the unjustifiable kick broke the jaw of this suspect.

What the hell is in the donuts?

Just another example of police everywhere assaulting unarmed suspects, and getting away with it, and their co-workers allowing an assault of a suspect without filing charges against a fellow officer. Did you know that the police are under orders to arrest anyone assaulting anyone else? They seem to forget that, as long as they are the ones breaking bones

Tammy Davis Police are the innocent that are suffering
Mary Ellen Lane Fernald . Its a shame that the criminals have control.
Kathy Morgan EA It's nice to think about doing a "Purge" type event
Christopher Capps Well put, we cannot give up, we lead by example. If we don't, we are just like the badguys
