A new WRX was wrecked by a dealership service advisor who was using it to go to college

As you can see in the picture taken by the owner, the front-end damage is pretty severe, but then he noticed a few college textbooks that didn’t belong to him in the passenger foot well. He later learned the service advisor had been using his Subaru to commute to classes, which is when the accident occurred.

The dealership started giving him the runaround, first promising to replace his car and then offering a possible trade in. The second option was unacceptable, so the owner took to the Internet, specifically the North American Subaru Impreza Owners Club forum, to put the dealership on blast.

Since then, the dealer’s general manager decided to make it right and has offered the customer a new WRX.
